Mihir Bhagwat is a 17-year-old author, researcher, and youth peace advocate from India, widely recognized as one of the youngest and most impactful voices in global youth diplomacy. Driven by a deep passion for history, philosophy, and international relations, Mihir has built an extraordinary record of achievement that belies his age.
At 16, he authored Beyond Borders: India’s and World’s Diplomatic Journey, a book inaugurated by Union Cabinet Minister Nitin Gadkari, nominated for the World Book Fair 2026, and catalogued in Oxford University’s Bodleian Library. As the founder of the Beyond Borders Organization, he united youth from 40+ nations, and became the first Indian organization to collaborate with a government entity in Iraq and Provided Humanitarian Aid To The People of Iraq.
Mihir is also Recognised as Title Holder for India Book of Records as Among Youngest Voices for International Security.
Mihir serves as an International Peace Advocate for AHRDI (Nigeria), where he helps secure grant funding and advises on ECOSOC Consultative status. He has been Among only 2 elected Ambassadors of India by the Future Leaders Global Network, selected as a participant for UNCSW 70, and has guided over 10,000+ students through Model United Nations simulations worldwide.
Academically, Mihir has received conditional offers from the University of Edinburgh, University of Manchester, UCL, and King’s College London. He is a recipient of the UNESCO Youth Cultural Championship Award (2019), a Yale-certified student of the Moral Foundations of Politics, and was selected for the John Locke Summer Programme at Oxford with an acceptance rate of just 0.08%.
